Purchases for the New Year!

Yesterday I spent most of the day online reading and ordering products and supplements that I needed to start my New Year off right. I was actually shocked that I was so low on some of my really important supplements. But with the click of the keys and Amazon I took care of that matter!

Over the next few weeks I will spend some time and tell you everything that I ordered, but today I want to share about a new product that I am so excited about getting in the mail this week. A Earthing Mat. I have heard of them for a long time and I have seen videos and read articles but I never ordered one until yesterday. Actually I ordered 2, one for myself and my husband.

I spent a lot of time flying and sitting in airports during the Christmas holidays. There was one day that I set for 10 hrs because of plane cancellations. Needless to say I wish I had taken along an Earthing Mat.

An Earthing Mat works on the same principles as walking barefoot and being connected to the earth. When we are connected to the earth we absorb free electrons-nature's most abundant source of anti-inflamatories which instantaneously begin to neutralize the positively-charged free radicals that create inflammation, pain and dis-ease. In the summer or in warm climates it is easy to walk around barefoot outside and connect with the ground, but in the winter it is a lot more difficult. I am begining to see a connection between winter time and so many people getting sick and having problems with inflammation and pain.
Chronic inflammation is becoming the norm in today's fast paced, stressful world. It is known to be directly connected to the many symptoms and conditions that aggravate the body including heart
disease and early aging. Earthing or being directly connected to the earth is essential.

Eleven years ago Earthing was rediscovered and the more hours a day that you stay connected to the
earth the less inflammation and pain the body manifests and the quicker the symptoms of imbalance are removed. Through research and testing it has been determined that the best Earthing hours are when your are asleep and your body is in a healing cycle, and when you are sitting at a computer, (it protects you from EMF), or sitting and relaxing.

I am so stoked about getting this mat. My daughter Amy and her husband use them daily and don't know how they got along with out them. They use them during the day and also put the mat under their legs at night for more sound sleep.

Just think how many hours a day that we sit at a computer. I am going to put my feet on my Earthing mat every time I get on, just to protect myself from the Electro Magnetic Fields.

Here is a short video by David Wolfe on the benefits of the Earthing Mat-Enjoy!!

I bought my Earthing Mat on Amazon, Earthing Universal Mat and Cover for $59.00.

Check it out-there are so many articles written about the benefits of them.

Radiant Body Oils

Winter is upon us, and for so many of us that means our skin goes down the road of feeling and looking dry, itchy and flaky. Kinda like a desert with tumbleweed blowing through it. If you are like me you are looking for the perfect oils, lotion or whatever we can get our hands on to help stop and eliminate our dry skin. So after years of trying OTC moisturizing lotions, expensive oils, shea butter I finally have, and am using a body oil that works.

The Real Raw Beauty Body Oil is a blend of 4 oils that heal ,rehydrate, nourish and penetrate the skin almost instantly to restore the needed moisture balance. Here are a few of the oils and why they work.

Avocado oil is rich in nutrients and also serves as an excellent emollient for the skin. It contains sterolins that have reduced blemishes and also helped relieve sun damaged skin. It also helps to increase collagen which is so important in keeping your skin smooth firm and looking young. It also helps to form a natural barrier against wrinkles and many other signs of aging. Eczema and psoriasis can also benefit from this oil. Avocado oil is an excellent oil by itself, but when combined with other moisturizing healing oils, it makes it all the stronger and better to fight dry dehydrated skin.

Almond oil is a very rich source of vitamin E and B. It contains healthy fats, minerals, proteins which help to moisturize dry skin. It helps to to reduce inflammation, redness and dryness. It has emollient properties like avocado oil which helps to make your skin look smoother and softer. Some people have used almond oil after surgery to help reduce scarring. It also helps to keep your skin at it's normal ph level. Almond oil also has a natural SPF and will help protect your skin against harmful UV rays.

Radiant Skin is 100% Organic and contains no chemicals. With this blend of oils you can heal, moisturize, rehydrate and protect against UV rays. I used my oils everyday when I was in Mexico this summer for my friend's wedding. We were in the Mexican sun for 7 days and I never peeled, even when others were peeling and applying all types of over the counter lotions.

With the onset of winter I apply Radiant Body every time I get out of the shower or tub. Honestly, my skin has never looked and felt so hydrated and smooth. So if you haven't found the perfect hydrating, moisturizer for your skin this winter, look no further. Check out the website,

Green Bean Coffee Bean Extract Update

Ok, so here is my first update on my experience with green bean coffee bean extract. I have only lost 1 lb. But what I have noticed is my skin looks even better on this stuff. I went to David Wolfes site,  Longetivity Warehouse, and read what he had to say about it. Here are a few of his comments.

Green coffee bean extract is touted for its anti-oxidant, hypotensive, anti-inflammatory and anti-obesity properties. It offers a potent source of plant-derived antioxidants and is rich in several polyphenols, which act to help reduce free oxygen radicals in the body. The two most prominent acids are chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid.

Chlorogenic acid is a compound present in coffee which has been long known for its beneficial properties. It is an antioxidant, which means it destroys the free radicals formed in the body as a result of metabolism. These free radicals if left as they are, destroy cell membranes and contribute to symptoms of aging. By destroying these harmful free radicals, green coffee bean extract actually slows down the onset of aging.

The chlorogenic acids present in the extract also help alleviate high blood pressure levels and can be helpful in treating hypertension. By neutralizing free radicals and regenerating vitamin E, Green Coffee Bean Extract has been shown to inhibit lipid and LDL peroxidation, thereby promoting cardiovascular health.

Because this green bean has not been boiled, it lacks cafestol, which is a diterpene. Cafestol is associated with the negative effects of using coffee as a stimulant, and increases the levels of bad cholesterol or LDG.

Green coffee bean extract has also been found to promote weight loss. This weight loss is due to the natural chemical compounds, caffeine and chlorogenic acid. The caffeine from the coffee releases fatty acids from stored body fat, while the chlorogenic acid assists the liver in processing the fatty acids more efficiently, which together contribute to weight loss. Also, the green coffee bean extract boosts metabolism by altering the way in which glucose is absorbed in the body. The caffeic acids act as a stimulant and boosts the energy levels as well.

Green Coffee Bean Extract promotes glucose regulation and balance by inhibiting the activity of glucose-6-phosphatase, an enzyme involved in the release of glucose from liver stores, thus slowing the release of glucose into the blood.

Green coffee bean extract is made from the green beans of the coffea Arabica plant. There are two types of coffee plants, arabica and robusta. The arabica is higher in quality and higher in chlorogenic and caffeic acids. Test results show that green coffee extract has double the rate of oxygen radicals absorbing capacity as compared to grape seed or green tea .

I believe that because green bean coffee bean has such a high level of antioxidants it is the reason that my skin is thriving on this supplement. I am going to take it for the full 12 weeks and see what happens next.  I will keep you updated!!!

Have a Fantastic week!!!!

Until next time,

Exfoliate and Radiate

I am a huge believer in exfoliating my skin! I think that it is such an important skin care regime.
Actually this week I am setting up a exfoliating calendar so that I remember to exfoliate my face at least 3 times a week. I agree it takes a little extra time to do it, but it is so worth it.
I can always tell when I need to to it because my skin starts looking dull and unresponding.

As we all know new skin cells are continually being created. What do we think happens to the old skin cells that die, and they all will. When we were young children our skin cells would turnover and slough off on their own very quickly and bada bing new beautiful skin. The sloughing slows down in our 20's and by our thirties we are in need of assistance. The skin cells on the top layer of our skin
(the epidermis) do not naturally slough off on their own. So in order to reveal the new skin under the dead skin cells we have to exfoliate. Otherwise we end up with a dull complexion, which makes us look older than we are. Also exfoliation helps promote cellular renewal-and that's what we all want.
This in turn helps produce collagen and helps with the skins elasticity.

I use a very simple method of exfoliation for my face. I use the Neutrogena Microdermabrasion Kit.
It is easy affordable and gets results.
It comes with a hand held battery operated little machine that you apply small round pads that have tiny fine crystals for gentle exfoliation. You just put a new pad on the machine, turn it on and away you go.  I use it on my face, neck and chest.  My skin always looks amazing when I finish. Of course I apply Radiant Skin to my face when I'm finished exfoliating because it is a wonderful opportunity for your skin to soak up all the vitamins and antioxidants and add a little more radiance! www.realrawbeauty.com

I know that there are a lot of different methods you can use. Some people pay lots of money to salons and dermatologist to have professionals exfoliate their skin. And others use home remedies like mixing sugar or salt with a small amount of water and use like a scrub. But whatever method works for you just make sure that you are doing something to get rid of dead skin cells from the surface of your skin.

Also don't forget the rest of your body. I have a body brush that I use to dry brush my skin before I get into the shower. I always brush upward towards my heart to stimulate and circulate my skin.

If you are not exfoliating, I hope this motivates you to start and if you are, keep it up!!

Until next time,
Jan

Green Coffee Bean Extract

Over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend I watched a lot of videos and read a lot of articles on the effects of green coffee bean extract.
Back in 2011 a review in the journal Gastroenterology Research and Practice found that green coffee bean extract lowered body weight and burned fat faster in those that took it as opposed to those that didn't. Chlorogenic acid, the key ingredient in green coffee bean extract, is a powerful natural antioxidant, which combats free radicals in the blood stream. The reason why it is effective in weight loss is that is slows the release of glucose into the bloodstream after a meal. It is also known for it's ability to improve circulation and help slow down the aging process.

Here is what Dr Oz has to say about it.

So I ordered some and I got my bottle today. I ordered the 800mg and took my first one today.
I will have to say that I do not feel any side effects. I am very sensitive to anything that makes my heart race or makes me feel jittery and I stay completely away from any product that has those side effects. The label says each pill is like taking in caffeine from a 1/4 cup of coffee. Here is the brand I ordered.
http://www.amazon.com/Green-Coffee-Bean-Extract-800/dp/B008CIGOU2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1353979195&sr=8-1&keywords=green+coffee+bean+extract+800mg

I am going to try it for 12 weeks and see what happens. If anyone has ever tried it let me know what your results were. I will keep you updated!!

Until next time,

Maca

Yesterday I went to see my friends at Wilderness Poets. Their company makes and distributes (in my opinion) the best organic nut butters, seeds and superfoods on the market. They have just recently started selling organic maca root. So of course I had to get some and bring it home to try. I have been taking maca root for going on 4 years. I actually have to make sure that I keep a huge supply of it, because I never want to run out of it. I mix a tablespoon in my smoothies every day. Check out this article that I ran across that explains the benefits. Feeling a little run down, moody, experiencing PMS, hot flashes, need a libido boost? Keep reading this article from Natural News.

Find yourself depending on coffee for a boost in the morning? Why not try maca instead? Maca is a root from Peru; it's a tuber, like a potato, and offers an amazing energy boost for those with low energy. Maca however, unlike coffee, offers energy in a non-caffeinated way that supports the body.

Maca is a nutritionally dense super-food that contains high amounts of minerals, vitamins, enzymes and all of the essential amino acids. Maca root is rich in B-vitamins, which are the energy vitamins, and maca is a vegetarian source of B-12. To boot, maca has high levels of bioavailable calcium and magnesium and is great for remineralization.

Maca root helps balance our hormones and due to an over abundance of environmental estrogens, most people's hormones are a bit out of whack. Maca stimulates and nourishes the hypothalamus and pituitary glands which are the "master glands" of the body. These glands actually regulate the other glands, so when in balance they can bring balance to the adrenal, thyroid, pancreas, ovarian and testicular glands.

Instead of providing hormones to the body, maca works as an adaptogen which means that it responds to different bodies' needs individually. If you're producing too much of a particular hormone, maca will regulate the production downward. However, if you're producing too little, it'll regulate the production upward. (I couldn't have said it better!! This is what I love most about Maca Root)

Hormones regulate many things including mood, growth, sexual development, and tissue function. Hormones also play a role in many diseases, like cancer and depression.

Maca root has been shown to be beneficial for all sorts of hormonal problems including PMS, menopause, and hot flashes. Maca's also a fertility enhancer and is best known for improving libido and sexual function, especially in men. For this reason, it's earned the nickname "nature's Viagra."

Maca is a food staple in Peru and there are no known effects of toxicity. However, occasionally some people experience adverse effects when they start taking maca, and these symptoms may actually be detoxification symptoms. This is because when a body more accustomed to consuming processed and cooked foods starts taking in such a nutritionally dense supplement, the body will absorb the superior nutrients it needs and "throw off" the old junk it doesn't need for elimination. If this happens, you might feel badly but it generally lasts just a few days.

The Wilderness Poets Maca is hands down the best Maca Powder that I have tried. You can find them on the web at www.wildernesspoets.com and click superfoods and will find the Maca Powder.
If you are not a person that drinks smoothies then you can mix it up in your favorite juice. But you will need to be able to put it in something that has a top so that you can shake it really well.

I recommend Maca Root for women and men. Give it a try and see what you think!!

Until next time,
Jan

GMO's

I ran across this article on GMO's on Tree Hugger's Blog and wanted to pass it on.

What Are GMOs & How Many US Foods Contain Them? (Infographic)

Image: Nature's Path Organic Foods
In light of it being GMO Awareness Month this October, and that TreeHugger has written extensively on the subject but never done a really succinct piece on what a genetically modified organism is, I'm passing on this infographic from Nature's Path Organic Foods. It does a good job of explaining what a GMO is, and the current situation in regards to requiring labeling on them in food in various places around the world.
Hint: The US and Canada don't require labeling, while many other major countries do.

As you can see from this blog post most developed nations do not consider GMO's safe.
Over 80% of all GMO's grown worldwide are engineered for herbicide tolerance. As a result, use of toxic herbicides like Roundup has increased 15 times since GMO's were introduced. GMO crops are also responsible for the emergence of"super weeds" and "super bugs", which can only be killed with ever more toxic poisons like 2, 4D (a major ingredient in Agent Orange) The long-term impacts of GMO's are unknown, and once released into the environment these novel organisms cannot be recalled.
(taken from the non GMO project)

We all need to take the time to read ingredients on the foods we are buying.  Hopefully this article will give you some helpful information to make intelligent food decisions for you and your family.

Until next time,
Jan

Why Radiant Skin Works

I have been getting so many emails from people about my Real Raw Beauty Radiant Skin Line, that I thought  I would post a blog with some informative information about the ingredients, and why they transform your skin along with pictures of some of my current users.

I have been a beauty product hoarder most of my life. Anytime some "new and improved" products came out I wanted to be the first one to buy it and try it out. But if I had been able to purchase the type of products from the Radiant Skin Line when I was younger my search for the "perfect" face product would have ended years ago.

Radiant Skin is a proprietary blend of  7 Organic, virgin oils. Each oil has specific properties that heal, moisturize, hydrate and help diminish fine lines and wrinkles.

Here are some pictures of some happy current users.

A few reasons why Radiant Skin works.

The oils that are in the product were carefully selected to:

Help diminish fine lines and wrinkles.

Balance your skin tone no matter what skin type you are.

One of the oils is anti septic, disinfectant, detoxifier, which help to clear up blemishes.
Breakouts occur because of hormones, bacteria and dirt. Because Radiant Skin is a cleanser and a disinfectant, it will not only clean the dirt away but also kill the bacteria., which in return clears up your blemishes.

Helps to reduce scar tissue and eczema along with repairing skin cells and reducing wrinkles.

The other oils help to hydrate and moisturize and fight free radicals.
(Free radicals are one of the main reasons that our skin begins to wrinkle)

Radiant Skin is an all inclusive product. Wash your face with it and it will remove dirt, makeup and eye makeup, then reapply to sleep in.  It is also a toner and a moisturizer. If you have fair skin or you don't want the bronzer effect you can order the daily moisturizer which has mostly clear oils.

Of course we all know that there are many ingredients to beautiful skin. Eating healthy foods that promote great skin, exercise, drinking lots of water and using skin products that contribute to radiant beautiful skin.

So what are you waiting for, transform your skin today with Real Raw Beauty.

You can purchase face and body products at www.realrawbeauty.com

Water-Do you drink enough?

The other day my daughter posted a video of David Wolfe, and in the video he talked about someone that he had helped lose weight and get healthy. One of the requirements was to drink 2 liters of water each morning before you have tea or coffee. I do drink water all through the day, but I was not drinking 2 liters, (especially before morning tea) so I started doing this on Tuesday of this week. I am loving drinking all this water!!! It removes toxins and makes your skin look even more amazing!!
I ran across this article from a site called www.mangosteen-natural-remedies.com and thought I would pass on this wonderful information.
Enjoy and drink up!

Functions of Water in The Body

Functions of Water in the Body
The human body is anywhere from 55% to 78% water depending on body size. A rule of thumb, 2/3 of body is consists of water, and it is the main component of human body. Did you know that your tissues and organs are mainly made up of water? Here is the %:

  • Muscle consists of 75% water
  • Brain consists of 90% of water
  • Bone consists of 22% of water
  • Blood consists of 83% water
The functions of water in human body are vital. The water:
  • Transports nutrients and oxygen into cells
  • Moisturizes the air in lungs
  • Helps with metabolism
  • Protects our vital organ
  • Helps our organs to absorb nutrients better
  • Regulates body temperature
  • Detoxifies
  • Protects and moisturizes our joints
Every cell in your body needs water from head to toe. That is why it is so important to drink enough fluid. Take for example, brain consists of 90% of water, if you do not supply enough water to your body, your brain cannot function well, and you will get headache or migraine. Hence, next time, if you feel fatigue and headache, it may be the sign of dehydration.

Harmful Effects and Symptoms of Dehydration

The Harmful Effects Result from Dehydration:
  • Tiredness
  • Migraine
  • Constipation
  • Muscle cramps
  • Irregular blood pressure
  • Kidney problems
  • Dry skin
  • 20% dehydrated – Risk of death
Symptoms of Dehydration
Here are some of the symptoms that you need more water:
  • Dark Urine – Dark Yellow or Orange in Color: Urine is generally pale yellow to clear when you have sufficient water intake. Dark color or strong smell indicates that you need to drink more water.
  • Dry Skin: Skin is the largest body organ and requires its share of water.
  • Thirst: Thirst is the most obvious sign that you're already dehydrated. It is always a good practice to drink more water when your are not thirsty, don’t wait until you're thirsty.
  • Hunger: Most people mistake hunger for the indication to eat more, whereas in actual fact, they may be dehydrated. So before you have your meal, grab a glass of water.
  • Fatigue: Water is a source of energy and gives you a boost in energy.
How much water should you drink a day to avoid dehydration? A common approach is drinking 8 glasses of water a day, is it sufficient?

Here is a little formula that I ran across: Take your weight and divide it by 2 and it gives you a guide to how many ounces of water recommended per day.

Are you getting enough water?

Until next time,

Jan

Traveling Healthy

I have been doing so much traveling this summer that I just wanted to share with my readers how I travel and eat healthy.  I am sitting in the lobby of the downtown Marriott in Tampa Fl typing out my blog waiting for my husband to get out of meetings, so I decided to sit and write about my trip and tell you how I travel.   My greatest purchase to date is my Blendtec Blender!

I do not go on any trip without it. We went to Mexico in August and it traveled in the overhead bin right along with me. I have learned a few secrets about traveling with it though. For one I never check it because I see how they throw the luggage around, (it's a little on the expense side, but so worth the investment.) Secondly,  I learned that you have to scrub it down before you pack it because I have left small traces of protein powder on it and they have pulled it off the scanner and taken to the side to do a swab test. I actually have to pull it out of my carry on bag and place it in a tray by itself just like a computer or I can be guaranteed that it will get pulled and searched and just make me have to take extra time going through security. But now that I take it out each time and it is sparkling clean, it rolls through the scanner with no problems.

So every morning that I am traveling I feel like I am at home. I pack most of the ingredients that I put in my smoothies and right there on the spot I blend up my breakfast!! It is so wonderful to be able to travel with it!!

I bring plant based protein powder, hemp seeds, maca root powder and Diatomacious Earth, coconut oil and Health Force Chlorella Manna. I just buy the coconut water and banana's after I get to wherever I am going. I have to scale the ingredients down from what I do at home because I don't have enough room for everything! It is a little bit of a hassle sometimes to carry all of my stuff, but it is so worth it to be able to make my smoothies and feel great all day.

Raw nuts, goji berries, dates and raw chocolate are also in my bag.

I also take my Yerba Mate tea. Most hotel rooms have a little coffee maker in the room, but because it makes your tea water taste like coffee I usually go to down to the restaurant and get a mug or carafe of hot water, (which by the way I always take my own big mug since I don't like the little coffee mugs in hotels!)

So these are a  few travel tips that I live by to make my trips much more enjoyable. If you have some good travel tips let us all know about them!!

Until next time,
Jan

Washing with Oils

Washing your face with oils is a very old ancient tradition. This old tradition is now being re birthed into the 21st century. Something that seems so foreign is now becoming very normal.  The idea of putting oil on top of oil seems counter productive. But what some of us don't understand is that knowing what oils to wash with not only cleanses your face but moisturizes it also.
Washing your face with the perfect blend of oils will not break your face out. Break outs are caused by hormones, bacteria, toxins and dead skin cells. When you wash your face with oils, they will dissolve the natural oil that has hardened with impurities and gets stuck in your pores.
Apply the correct oils to your face and they will go deep into the pores and it will draw out the dirt and grime to the surface where it can be wiped away. The essential fatty acids are a necessity for the health of cell membranes and the acids in the the oils restore the skins natural moisture balance and help prevent dryness.
When you wash your face with  the right combination of oils, your face will not only be clean but you can use the oils to moisturize, hydrate, rejuvenate, remove toxins,  heal and diminish fine lines.
Make sure that you not only cleanse your face properly but that you are also drinking plenty of water. I saw a Youtube yesterday by David Wolfe and he said to drink 2 liters first thing in the morning!!! That is even a lot of water for me!!! Water helps remove the toxins which in turn help with making your skin look better! I also take Diaotamaous Earth and Detox Daily for my personal detoxing. I have written previous blogs about both of them. Give it a try!! You will not be disappointed. Radiant Skin is a great place to start when you begin to transition to the process. You can purchase it now at www.realrawbeauty.com

Until next time,

Kombucha on Tap

Most of the time when we think of something on tap we think of beer!! Well if you live in the NW you can actually get kombucha on tap!!! At one of our local Whole Foods in Portland you can take in your growler and they will fill it up with the your favorite flavor of kombucha. So I no longer have to continually buy the small bottles. In fact I have 2 growlers that I fill up every week because I love it that much and I love all the benefits!

The ancient Chinese called it the " Immortal Health Elixir".  Kombucha has been around for more than 2000 years, and it known for it's history of preventing and fighting cancer, arthritis and other degenerative diseases.
Kombucha is a fermented tea that is often used for medicinal purposes. You can buy it commercially or you can make it at home by fermenting tea using a kombucha culture known as a "SCOBY".(Symbiotic combination of bacteria and yeast)

Sometimes you have to try out a few flavors to determine which one you really like. All kombucha tastes are not alike. But the benefits are the same. It contains beneficial acids that can aid in digestion and detoxification as well as ward off pathogens. It definitely fits into the category of fermented raw food. People who drink kombucha report benefits such as enhanced well being, increased energy, and even weight loss. Research has shown that it may have anti-microbial effects against harmful bacteria like E-coli. It is also known to promote youthful skin and hair.

I absolutely love it, because when I drink it I feel energized and  invigorated. If you have not had kombucha, pick one up the next time you see one in the grocery store and give it a try. I will have to say that I have never made my own but my son Rob has made his own kombucha and it was amazing!!

Until next time,
Jan

Carrot Seed Oil

I have been a little MIA lately!! I went to 2 weddings in August and the last one was at the end of August to Cancun. Then I have been traveling with my husband and working on my new face wash and body oils. My new website will be www.realrawbeauty.com. My webmaster is still putting everything together for me and we are getting very close to being able to launch it.

So after an amazing refreshing vacations I am back to blogging.   I decided to start sharing  on the different oils that are in my products. My face wash contains a blend of 7 100% organic oils. One of the oils is carrot seed.

This oil is a powerful detoxifier and skin rejuvenator. It has stress relieving properties and when the oil is applied your skin, the epidermal cells are stimulated which helps keep wrinkles at bay.
It also is known to alleviate skin problems like acne, eczema, psoriasis, ulcers, and boils.

It is considered an antiseptic, disinfectant, antioxidant. It helps with removing build-up and toxins from your skin.

It is rich in vitamins B, C, D, and E and helps improve your complexion by strengthening your red blood cells. This in return has a toning effect on your skin and causes it to give off a firm glowing quality.

Essential carrot seed oil is non-toxic, but should not be ingested during pregnancy. It's a natural skin toner and tanning agent, so it is a great anti-aging oil as well as an anti-wrinkle agent. The Romans and Greeks called it the "Fountain of Youth".

This is just one of the incredible oils that are in my products. Keep checking back and find out what other exciting oils make up the face wash, moisturizer and body oil!!

Until next time,
Jan
